After a debilitating car accident and subsequent surgeries, Fernando’s doctors told him his active lifestyle was over and he would need to adopt a new way of living. They meant a way that required less physical activity, but they couldn’t have been more wrong.

Bedridden, his once active body became an overactive mind. It was here that he uncovered the body’s natural ability to overcome injury and heal itself. Movement wasn’t a choice; it was an absolute necessity and programmed in, much like breathing.  

 

In his yoga classes and workshops, Fernando uses conscious breathing techniques and targeted purposeful movements to get students to release trapped energy and unlock their potential for transformation and healing.

 

Fernando travels the world teaching yoga and speaking publicly. He is available for virtual bookings and a limited number of private sessions.
